Joshua West

Director/Producer

Josh is a Director/ Producer/ Assistant Director with a working background in Feature Film/HETV/Independent Feature and Short Film working professionally since October 2021. Josh is passionate about filmmaking and has worked alongside talented, committed and like minded individuals to bring his projects to life.

Josh’s credits include:

Fantastic Beasts The Secrets Of Dumbledore (2022), The Witcher: Blood Origin (2022), SCOOP (2024), Call The Midwife Series 14 (2025) Play For Today: Never Too Late (2025).

 

Matthew Vivian

Editor / Sound Mixer

Matt is a videographer and editor with extensive experience creating corporate promotional videos, a craft he has developed since the age of 17. Clients include Sainsbury’s, Abbey Road Studios, Viktor & Rolf, Movember. Alongside his corporate work, Matt has contributed to HETV productions and feature films for leading platforms and broadcasters, including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and the BBC.

Passionate about filmmaking and editing, Matt enjoys transforming client ideas into polished, engaging visual stories. He thrives on the creative challenge of shaping each project to meet its goals and bring the client’s vision to life.

 

George Khouri

Script Supervisor

George is a certified Script Supervisor, sponsored by Screen Skills and trained by veteran Script Supervisor Daniela Saioni. She brings 15 years’ professional experience, having pivoted from editing in educational publishing.

Her first film job was as a supporting artist on The Amateur. Inspired by the craft and collaboration on set, she researched roles suited to her skills, discovered script supervision and committed to retraining.

After Raindance’s Script Supervision Masterclass in January 2026, George completed Daniela Saioni’s Director Whisperer International Script Supervision Training Program in June. She then script-supervised the NFTS student short Mud and London proof-of-concept short Phosphenes.

With degrees in English and Classics, and Politics & International Relations, George combines narrative insight and socio-political awareness with the structural precision developed over 15 years as an editor.

 

Anita West

Business Development/Producer

Anita has more than 45 years’ experience across international shipping and forwarding, education, and NHS management, with strengths in leadership, business development, organisational management, and stakeholder engagement.

Her qualifications: IFF Grad, BA (Hons) Business Studies, Diploma in Management Studies, and Qualified Teacher Status.

Anita now applies her strategic, commercial, public-sector, and educational expertise to media, developing innovative projects and meaningful industry partnerships.

She approaches creative ventures with strategic insight, professionalism, vision, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

 

Alison Shuttleworth-Davis

IT Systems

Alison has 30 years’ experience in education, spanning IT and business.

A seasoned technology leader with a BSC (Hons) IT & Business degree and PGCE. Alison combines technical expertise with people-centred leadership across IT management, teaching, mentoring and strategy.

She has led technical teams, delivered large-scale hardware and software solutions, maintained multi-platform operations and mentored IT professionals through rapid technological change.

In media, she brings strengths in technical operations, workflow optimisation, digital asset management and cross-department collaboration, providing reliable and scalable production support.

She uses technology to enhance storytelling, rather than complicating it.
